Trinity Partners is a full-service commercial real estate firm that has offered property management in the Greenville market since 2013, and as of early 2025, has added brokerage services.
With offices in four other markets — Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina, Columbia, and Atlanta — the firm brings decades of experience.
In the Greenville market, Trinity Partners features a 26-member team focused on brokerage services for landlord, tenant and buyer-sellers representation across office, industrial, retail and land sites, and third-party property management for landlords.
The firm’s commitment to strong internal communications and a collaborative spirit between the entire team sets it apart and places Trinity in a position to service the entire upstate, said Managing Partner Edward Wilson.
“We’re not the largest firm, but we’re attentive to our clients’ needs,” Wilson said. “Between both institutional and sub-institutional clients, we’re in a position to service most client types and customize service.”
With 1.8 million square feet of office space already in its full-service management portfolio, and strategic plans to expand, Trinity Partners further differentiates its firm through market knowledge and unrelenting attention to detail.
“Adding to that is the fact that Trinity Partners is focused exclusively on Southeastern markets” said Nicole Oakley, partner and director of property management.
“We are truly market experts,” she said. “We take pride in our services. We treat clients’ properties as our own, keeping our landlords’ interests in mind as we serve and improve assets’ positions within our markets.”
Wilson said the team is positioned to take advantage of the region’s explosive growth in the industrial-management vertical, as well. “Two hundred thousand square feet and up are the target management opportunities for industrial product,” he said.
Passion isn’t enough. A successful team must bring to bear a deep, hands-on knowledge of the market if it wants to see the business-development plans take off.
“We’ve set significant groundwork assembling the right people in the right places,” Wilson said. “Last year was about laying a foundation. This year, we’re focused on business growth.”
“Edward and Nicole have been very deliberate in who they’re bringing into the group, whether it’s the brokerage side or the property-management side,” said Molly Carroll, partner, marketing and communications. “This is a tough industry, but our culture is one where people work together, collaboratively.”
Trinity Partners’ team members know and love the market.
“They know the area like the back of their hand,” she said. “Not just which building is for sale, or in need of management services, but who owns it, how many square feet it is, who wants to invest in it. It’s what makes our team unique, and so critical in terms of off-market investment opportunities.”
“Most of our brokers grew up here, went to high school here, have families here,” Wilson said. “It fosters a level of higher service. We’re Greenville’s biggest fans.”
