When planning to build and grow a business, leaders may be seeking to learn more about diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
The Greenville Chamber is keeping this in mind as it builds on its annual one-day Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit and launches its Diversity Dialogues series on May 11.
“A key component of the Greenville Chamber’s Diversity and Economic Inclusion Strategic Plan is to deliver valuable DEI thought and programmatic leadership to Greater Greenville’s business community,” said Natasha Pitts, vice president, diversity and economic inclusion with the Greenville Chamber. “This Diversity Dialogues series is one way the Greenville Chamber will deliver these important services to its investors.”
Once launched, the program will have five workshops leading up to the DEI Summit in late 2023, Pitts said.
Diversity Dialogues is open to Greenville Chamber investors as well as employers, employees and community members new to DEI or individuals looking for opportunities to learn more DEI initiatives.
The program is open to 20 in-person attendees, but there is no limit to virtual participants.
