Popular eatery The Seafood Spot will close on Jan. 27. The restaurant made the announcement on social media.
“After great consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our restaurant space,” the post read.
“We like many other restaurants have faced challenges recently.”
The post left hope for fans of the restaurant, stating that the plan was to open a food truck in the near future. Owner Greg Brantley said the priority is to keep the spirit of the popular seafood eatery alive.
The Seafood Spot is located at 219 W. Atrium Drive C in Nicholtown.
