North Carolina fast-food chain Biscuitville Fresh Southern has purchased property along Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer.
Tommy Molin, Anchor Retail Advisors president and broker-in-charge, posted on social media that the chain purchased the space at 5996 Wade Hampton Blvd. for $1.2 million. Molin represented Biscuitville in the deal.
The location is next to Panda Express and is a total of 1.56 acres, according to the social media post.
The chain is known for its biscuit and English muffin sandwiches, breakfast platters, and catering options. Neither Molin nor Biscuitville immediately responded to a request for more information.
