Greenville-based THS Constructors Inc. was selected to complete the multi-million dollar expansion of the Lift Technologies manufacturing campus in Oconee County.
Lift Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Cascade Corporation, manufactures equipment for forklifts, industrial trucks and other material handling applications at 7040 South Highway 11 in Westminster. The company, also known as Lift-Tek, announced plans to expand operations in April.
Approximately 110,00 square feet of new manufacturing space will be added to the company’s existing facility as part of the expansion. Lift-Technologies also plans to invest in updated production equipment and create 41 new jobs.
THS Constructors is expected to break ground on the facility expansion in mid-September. Dana Emberton, CEO of THS Constructors, said they are honored to be selected to support Lift-Tek’s growth and innovation.
“This expansion highlights the strong manufacturing momentum across the Upstate and underscores our commitment to delivering safe, efficient solutions in active production settings,” Emberton said.
Lift Technologies’ operations will remain fully active throughout construction. Expanded operations are anticipated to be up and running in January 2027.
