YoPro Know has rebranded to Generational Performance Solutions, marking a new direction for the workforce strategy firm’s future.
The Greenville-based company was founded in 2017 by Kamber Parker Bowden to help young professionals navigate career challenges. Over the years, the firm’s services have expanded to provide strategic insights, training and consulting to help organizations navigate multi-generational workforce dynamics.
“The name Generational Performance Solutions reflects the full scope of what we do: providing businesses with the tools to turn generational insights into actionable strategies that drive retention, leadership and long-term success,” Bowden said.
An event was held on March 26 at Flywheel Coworking in Greenville to unveil the firm’s new brand and vision. Business leaders, community members and supporters of GPS attended the event.
Jade Fountain, GPS’s director of operations, explained that while the company’s name has changed, its mission has stayed the same. GPS offers generational assessments, advising services and leadership training to equip organizations with the tools to optimize workforce dynamics.
“GPS is about the future of work, of leadership and of organizations that are ready to thrive in a multigenerational world,” Fountain said.
GPS aims to have 100,000 companies utilizing its talent-impact process in 10 years. This framework developed by the firm helps businesses attract, train and develop multigenerational talent. Bowden said more than 2,000 organizations have utilized this tool to date.
“The workforce is changing fast and leaders who don’t adapt will fall behind,” Bowden said. “At GPS, we’re here to make sure organizations don’t just keep up — they get ahead.”
