Sandlapper Concrete LLC, a concrete supplier in Simpsonville, has been acquired by North Carolina-based Blue Dot Readi-Mix.
The acquisition will expand Blue Dot Readi-Mix’s footprint into Greenville County. The concrete and materials supplier currently operates nine plants in North and South Carolina. Scott Griffin, co-founder of Blue Dot Readi-Mix, said they are excited and honored to be entering the Greenville market.

Sandlapper Concrete manages two plants located in Simpsonville and Duncan. Following the acquisition, the local company will continue to operate under its existing corporate name. Mark Uldrick, founder of Sandlapper Concrete, said he is excited for the company’s employees and customers.
