South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and CSID recently announced that taxpayers impacted by last years’ South Carolina Department of Revenue breach can enroll in up to one additional year of state-provided identity protection coverage beginning Oct. 24. Eligible taxpayers can sign up for the identity protection coverage through scidprotection.com or by calling 855-880-2743. Enrollment will remain open until Oct. 1, 2014. CSID’s service will end on Oct. 31, 2014.
