Plans for redesigned landscaping at 300 E. McBee Ave. in downtown Greenville were approved by the city’s Design Review Board on Sept. 7.
The plans were designed by McLeod Landscape Architects and feature a fully updated plaza area at the front of the building. The property is owned by Three Falls LLC and managed by Hughes Commercial Properties, Inc.
The building’s primary tenant is the Greenville corporate offices for Prisma Health.
There’s no word yet on when the work to update the plaza will begin.
