Alex Morgan joined Fireforge Crafted Beer as chef of the brewery’s in-house culinary program.
He has spent the last two decades working with a host of James Beard award-winning restaurants and chefs across the country in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Denver, Colorado, as well as Portland, Maine, where he worked at Eventide Oyster Co. and The Drifter’s Wife.
Morgan also served as chef de cuisine at The Anchorage and Mr. Crisp.
