Cara Brown was promoted to associate account director with Crawford, a full-service strategic-marketing agency based in Greenville.
She joined the company almost six years ago as an account executive and has been promoted twice.
Brown also worked as senior digital marketing manager in Washington, D.C., for The Advisory Board Co. and marketing coordinator for Industry Data Exchange Association Inc.
She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
