Corey Memmott was promoted to chief investment officer with Tax Credit Marketplace LLC.
He monitors the investment composition and performance of existing investment funds. He is also responsible for the underwriting and structuring of fund investments, fund-level projections and analyses, and contributions to marketing and client relation efforts.
Memmott has 14 years of financial services experience covering investment management, capital markets, financial analysis and reporting.
He joined TCM in 2021 as an investment portfolio manager.
Memmott is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Real Professionals Network and the South Carolina Economic Development Association.
He is a graduate of Wofford College and the University of South Carolina.
