Ellis Forest III was named director of development and general counsel for Cothran Properties, a commercial, industrial and residential developer based in Greenville.
He will handle legal matters associated with land development, land acquisitions and leasing for Cothran’s product portfolio.
Forest worked as builder services attorney for Galbreath Costner LLC in Greenville.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He also holds real estate licenses in North and South Carolina.
