Evan M. Haney joined KD Trial Lawyers’ criminal defense team.
He served as a law clerk in the South Carolina Statehouse on the House Labor and Commerce Committee. On the Senate side, he was a law clerk for the Family and Veterans’ Services Committee.
Haney also served as a law school intern in the Sixteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Union, South Carolina.
He is a graduate of Presbyterian College and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
