Ginger Griffith was promoted to vice president of BLUE division and developmental partnerships with Coldwell Banker Caine.
She will oversee the full scope of BLUE’s operations while managing strategic relationships with builders and developers across the region. She will focus on enhancing builder services, strengthening sales and marketing strategy, and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Griffith has been with Coldwell Banker Caine since 2018, starting in new home sales before serving as broker operations manager and, most recently, as director of sales and marketing for BLUE.
