Greg Larsen joined Lima One Capital as senior director of underwriting
He will lead the company’s team that underwrites borrowers and loans.
Larsen has nearly two decades of commercial real estate lending and credit experience. He served as director of credit at Builders Capital and spent 17 years with Bank of America, where he held leadership roles across underwriting, credit risk and portfolio management.
