James Malm was elected as a shareholder at NAI Earle Furman, a full-service commercial real estate firm.
He joined the brokerage in January 2021 and focuses on providing development and project-management services for clients across the Carolinas.
Malm worked for Hughes Development Corp., Booz Allen Hamilton and the U.S. House of Representatives.
He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Clemson University.
