Josh Workman was promoted to chief executive officer with Tax Credit Marketplace LLC.
He oversees the internal operations and collaborates with the leadership team to drive business strategy and company objectives. He will continue to manage multiple South Carolina and Federal Tax Credit Revitalization Funds for TCM and source projects around the state for the fund to consider investing in.
Workman served as the company’s chief operating officer.
He is a member of the Real Professionals Network, Urban Land Institute and South Carolina Economic Development Association.
Workman is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a South Carolina real estate license.
