Joshua Hawkins was promoted to assistant general manager of Metropolitan Sewer Subdistrict dba MetroConnects.
He also served as MetroConnectsâ chief technical officer and director of engineering.
Hawkins is a licensed professional engineer and Clemson University graduate. He also retired at the rank of master sergeant from the United States Air Force Reserves.
