Julia Starnes was named executive director of SWITCH.
She has experience in the nonprofit sector, which includes supporting staff and volunteers, developing training and onboarding systems, stewarding resources responsibly and collaborating with leaders and community partners to strengthen outcomes and advance organizational mission.
