Kerry Fowler joined Hussey Gay Bell as civil/site designer.
She has civil engineering experience in areas such as planning, design, state and local permitting, preparation of specs, shop drawing review, cost estimating, contract document management, and construction observation for water/wastewater systems, site development and streetscape projects.
Fowler is a graduate of Clemson University.
