Kevin Shoemake was promoted to vice president of inland civil/site development with Thomas & Hutton, an engineering consultant with an office in Greenville.
He oversees the firm’s civil departments in Greenville and Columbia; Charlotte and Durham, North Carolina; Nashville and Smyrna, Tennessee; and Atlanta and Covington, Georgia.
Shoemake has been with Thomas & Hutton for 26 years and also serves as Upstate regional director.
He is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies, Urban Land Institute, South Carolina Economic Developers Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
