Lisa Franklin joined Global Location Strategies, a corporate-site selection firm based in Greenville, as advisor.
She worked at Evergy, a Midwest energy utility, where she spent 27 years managing the company’s economic development local-partner-investment program.
Franklin is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University.
