Mark Hoopes joined Thomas & Hutton, a professional services firm, as project manager in the landscape architecture department.
He will lead landscape architecture efforts on complex projects, provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams, and oversee the preparation of plans and documentation from concept through construction.
Hoopes is a registered landscape architect in Maryland and brings years of diverse design and project management experience across the United States and internationally.
He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Virginia Tech.
