Mike Shuping joined The Cliffs as vice president of real estate development.
He will manage the design and construction of amenities, homesites, roads, utilities and other infrastructure across The Cliffs’ seven communities.
Shuping has over 17 years of experience working as a land-development manager at some commercial construction, land development and residential construction companies in Texas and Florida.
He is a graduate of Greenville Technical College and the University of South Carolina Upstate. He has completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s 30-hour training for construction and general industry. He is also a licensed stormwater inspector by the Army Corp of Engineers for Quality Management.
