Noah Morris was named national living market leader with LS3P.
He will lead the expansion of the firm’s multifamily and senior living practice through thoughtful design, trusted client partnerships and cross-office collaboration.
Morris has more than 20 years of experience across market-rate multifamily, senior living, mixed-use and affordable housing, including leadership for more than two dozen public-private partnerships and affordable housing communities leveraging tax credit financing.
He is actively involved with AIA Triangle, ULI and serves on the board of directors for the Hope Center at Pullen.
