Chris Halkowitz has joined Anderson-based certified public accounting firm SuggsJohnsonLLC to head its growing audit and assurance practice.
A Johnson City, Tennessee native who has spent more than seven years in the Upstate, Chris is a former collegiate golfer and joins the SuggsJohnson team to lead and grow its audit practice after a decade at a regional CPA firm. A business advisor whose diverse practice has focused in such industries as construction, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, state and local government, and non-profits, Chris is also a certified fraud examiner, allowing him to bring additional insight and perspective to the firm’s audit and assurance clients.
He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where he earned both his B.S. in Accounting and his M.B.A. degree.
