Cindy Lollis was recently promoted to vice president of finance at NHE Inc. Lollis, whose professional career spans more than 20 years in property management, will lead accounting and finance activities for the firm’s affordable, conventional, homeowner association and corporate business units, which currently includes more than 14,000 units in over 240 locations, primarily across the Southeastern United States.
She joined NHE in 2013 as conventional business unit controller. She was subsequently promoted to corporate controller before being named to her current role. Prior to joining NHE, she worked in property management accounting for two decades at U.S. Shelter, Insignia, and AIMCO with progressive roles ranging from bookkeeper and real estate accountant, to assistant controller and finally director of real estate accounting.
She holds a degree in accounting and has attended both Greenville Technical College and Furman University.
