Corbett Rourk has been named executive chef of The Cliffs at Glassy outside of Greenville. Rourk will lead the culinary program at Glassy and join six fellow executive chefs across The Cliffs’ seven communities. He has more than 25 years of experience in restaurants, private clubs, and resorts.
