David Ramseur was recently promoted to senior vice president and business development manager.
Ramseur has worked with First Community since the bank expanded into the Upstate with a loan production office in 2016, but he has been a team with Trey Warner for 14 years, working together since 2006.
Ramseur came to First Community Bank as a commercial banker. He is a graduate of Wofford University.
