Dimitri Partafyllas of Stratos Aviation was recently recognized as South Carolina General Aviation Flight Instructor of the Year. He has won this award on two previous occasions.
Partafyllas founded the Stratos Aviation Flight School in 2014 and is a Cirrus standardized instructor pilot.
