Dimitri Partafyllas has been recognized as the 2019 Flight Instructor of the Year for the South Carolina District of the Federal Aviation Administration.
Greenville resident Partafyllas is a Stratos Aviation flight instructor. He received the award for outstanding accomplishment and leadership excellence in the pursuit of aviation safety.
