Ratchford comes to Big Rock with a variety of experience, including entrepreneurial growth, new business strategy, process improvement, marketing and branding, operations, and communication.
At Big Rock, Ratchford will be responsible for overseeing ongoing business operations within the company and for establishing procedures and strategies that promote company culture and vision for sustainable growth.
Ratchford graduated from Samford University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication, with a focus in advertising and public relations and English.
