Mark Harvey was recently awarded the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot (ESGR) award.
The ESGR, a Department of Defense program, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between reserve military members and their civilian employers. Under that program military members can nominate a supervisor for the Patriot Award – an award that recognizes a person who shows extra compassion and flexibility when working with a military member.
Harvey is the engineering and planning manager for Greer CPW and is responsible for most recently coordinating the infrastructure improvements in downtown Greer, long-term system expansions and project designs.
He has been with CPW since February 2015 and has a bachelor of science in civil engineering and a master of engineering in environmental engineering systems from Clemson University.
