Matt Carter has been recognized as a CoStar Group Power Broker Award winner. He received the award for closing the highest overall transaction volume in the Greenville/Spartanburg market in 2018.
Carter has worked with C. Dan Joyner since 1997 and is the broker in charge of 30 agents. He’s also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
