Ryan Hulon joined Rebuild Upstate as RSVP project manager for Anderson County.
He served in the Army 82nd Airborne from 1997 to 2007.
Hulon worked for the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce and Cancer Association of Anderson.
He serves as a board member for Vets Helping Vets, the Anderson Area Airshow, the Belton Area Museum, United Way Basic Needs and Anderson Area Veterans Network. He served as the chair of the Anderson County Veterans Memorial and was a member of the Rotary Club Dream Team.
Hulon is a graduate of Tri-County Technical College.
