Sara Kanos joined Kim, Lahey & Killough as intellectual property attorney in the firm’s Greenville office.
She has more than two decades of intellectual property experience. Her work encompasses patentability analysis, trademark clearance, infringement assessment and licensing and contractual arrangements.
Kanos served as chair of the South Carolina Bar’s Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition Committee and is a Leadership Greenville alumna.
She is a biochemist by training and is a graduate of Furman University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. She is admitted to practice before all South Carolina courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
