Travis Wharton joined Hollingsworth Funds, a charitable support organization based in Greenville, as community investments officer.
He has served as director of education and economic mobility at United Way of Greenville County, economic mobility consultant at the Spartanburg County Foundation and education coordinator at the Urban League of the Upstate, as well as principal at Next High School and Mitchell Road Christian Academy.
Wharton is a graduate of Claflin University and Clemson University.
