Will Schenk was named director of research at Colliers | South Carolina.
He leads the brokerage’s real estate research across four South Carolina offices, collecting, analyzing and reporting on data for more than 70 quarterly, annual and specialty reports each year.
Schenk also worked as market analyst for Colliers.
He is a graduate of Clemson University and Leadership Columbia.
