William “Will” D. Smith joined Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd P.A. as commercial litigation associate in the firm’s Greenville office.
He served as judicial law clerk to J. Cordell Maddox Jr., South Carolina Circuit Court.
Smith is a graduate of the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
While in law school, he was a research assistant to Anne Eisenberg, served as assistant articles editor for The Journal of Law and Education, and was involved in the Student Bar Association and Peer Mentor Program.
