Run Well Ranches, LLC acquired 2,614 acres in Anderson, Greenville and Laurens counties. The purchase consisted of two transactions and 23 parcels.
NAI Earle Furman shareholder John D. Gray Jr. represented the buyer. Gray collaborated with two NAI Earle Furman brokers – shareholder Bill Sims and associate Will Freeman – on the Anderson County purchase.
The buyer previously owned a cattle ranch in Texas. The combined purchase price was approximately $50,225,000. The largest portion of the purchase was a 1,335-acre operating cattle ranch straddling the Greenville-Laurens county line.
According to a June 10 release from NAI Earle Furman, the land is being held for investment. However, there is a long-term strategy to develop portions of the land for residential and commercial mixed-use.
