Alfa Laval, a global heat transfer, separation and fluid handling products company, is joining the growing roster of tenants at Atlas at Inland Port Greer, project developers Warhaft Group and Atlas Capital Group announced Dec. 18.
The Swedish company produces industrial products ranging from heat exchangers, materials separators and specialized centrifuges to pumps, valves and tank-cleaning equipment.
Alfa Laval has secured a long-term lease of 25,000 square feet within Atlas at Inland Port Greer’s 150,000-square-foot total of Class-A industrial space.
Located at 311 Genoble Road, the multitenant facility is within an opportunity zone and multicounty industrial park near Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, Inland Port Greer and BMW Manufacturing.
The landowner was represented by Reeves Young and Rob Howell of Avison Young.
