BridgeWay Station’s dining options are continuing to grow.
Dine Development Group, the organization that created The Warehouse at Vaughn’s and Warehouse at Midtown, will open two new food and beverage concepts, Restaurant Rocco and The Plank, in the mixed-use development in Mauldin, the business announced Jan. 31.
Both businesses will occupy a stand-alone cornerstone building on BridgeWays Station’s main plaza and offer indoor and outdoor seating.
Restaurant Rocco is a formal restaurant and will occupy 3,670 square feet of ground floor retail space. The eatery’s interior will feature mahogany accents and red leather booths.
The restaurant’s menu will include:
- Italian-inspired dishes – lasagna, a variety of pasta and meats
- American fare – pork tenderloin, mussel pots and fresh catch of the day

Joining Restaurant Rocco in the building is The Plank, a charcuterie, wine and spirits bar, which will occupy 1,500 square feet located on the second floor. The space will include a wraparound indoor/outdoor bar overlooking BridgeWay Station’s piazza.
The Plank will feature a wine selection accompanied by spirits and grazing boards. The bar’s menu includes a variety of:
- Cheese
- Artisan meats
- Jams
- Custom charcuterie for party sizes of two, four and six
- Dessert boards
“We are very excited to bring these two new restaurants to Bridgeway Station,” said Angie Wirthlin of Dine Development Group. “We have a true family business and are so eager to share our love for food and gathering with thousands of new friends.”
Dine Development Group will also open City Market at BridgeWay Station, a food hall that will feature a public house and five casual food concepts. The business will cover 9,500 square feet of ground floor retail space and 4,000 square feet of rooftop space. It will also feature a full bar and its own private stage.
