Windsor Aughtry Co., a commercial real estate developer and brokerage firm based in Greenville, announced Oct. 16 it has started construction on a 170-room Tapestry by Hilton hotel in Rogers, Arkansas.
Located at 4100 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway, this six-story hotel will feature:
- A rooftop open-terrace bar
- Oak Steakhouse by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group
- A 2,400-square-foot banquet space
- 1,500 square feet of flexible meeting space on the ground floor
- Outdoor patio
- Fitness facility
- Indoor bike storage
- 25 private balconies
