Cushman & Wakefield announced April 3 its client, CKCI Velocity II LLC, sold Velocity II, a logistics facility in Greer, for $29 million to Stream Realty Acquisition LLC, a company based in Texas.
The 297,607-square-foot building at 915 Victor Hill Road was built in 2022 and features:
- 32-foot clear heights,
- ESFR sprinkler system
- LED lighting
- 66 high dock-high doors
- Two ramped drive-in doors
- Five separate office storefronts
- 220 auto parking spaces
Velocity II was fully leased when it was purchased.
