McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture will move its Spartanburg office to Insite Properties’ LIBERTY development, a proposed four-story, 83,000-square-foot office building.
The architecture firm, which signed a lease on Nov. 21, will occupy 13,000 square feet of office space on the building’s fourth floor at 186 N. Liberty St. once construction is complete.
Designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith, LIBERTY will feature:
- Ground floor retail
- Rooftop restaurant space
- Large common gathering areas on the first floor
- Coffee shop
- Office space on the 2nd-4th floors

LIBERTY’s project design has been preliminarily approved by the city of Spartanburg’s planning division and construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2023.
