Colliers | South Carolina announced April 21 that Novatech, a managed IT and print services provider, has leased 6,500 square feet of space at Pelham Crossing, a Class A light industrial and flex office park on state Highway 14 in Greer.
Following this lease, the industrial park, which was built by Greenberg Gibbons Properties of Maryland, has reached full occupancy in over 95,000 square feet spread across two buildings. Its other tenants include Renewal by Anderson, Gemaire, Matica, ReFloor, Rome Bath, Arku and The Lauren Ashtyn Collection.
“I’m thrilled to finalize this lease with Novatech, completing the tenant roster at Pelham Crossing,” said Drake Scott, a brokerage associate with Colliers | South Carolina who successfully completed all eight leases at the property. “GGP has developed a truly unique property in this region, and I am confident it will continue to thrive. We’re excited for the growth ahead.”
GGP completed construction of two industrial facilities at Pelham Crossing in late 2022.
