Three sites at 110, 112 and 114 Poinsett Highway will be redeveloped into Poinsett Corners, a 7,676-square-foot multi-suite commercial space.
The four-suite project will be completed in two phases. The first phase involves facade work on the former Dollar General location, while the second phase will involve redeveloping the building housing the Radio Room.
“We are thrilled to introduce Poinsett Corners to the market,” said John Parker of Broadstreet Partners, one of the brokers handling the project. “It’s truly at a gateway into Greenville, featuring historic charm and modern amenities.”
Work is underway for phase one and this section is expected to be completed in January or February 2024, while work on the second phase will begin in February after the Radio Room relocates to a space off of Laurens Road.
