The McDaniel luxury townhomes with Parisian-inspired architecture will soon stand at the intersection of East McBee and McDaniel avenues in downtown Greenville.
Construction of the $28 million townhome community kicked off in late October and a ceremonial groundbreaking was held Nov. 16.
Phase one of The McDaniel consists of 20 townhomes spread across five buildings. Each will be equipped with high-end amenities including an elevator, rooftop terrace, garage and more.
Kyle Keene, founder of Keene Development – the firm behind the townhome community – said The McDaniel will stand alone in Greenville for its refinement, vision and the lifestyle it offers.
“We knew The McDaniel would quickly become one of Greenville’s hottest real estate products, and we have been thrilled with the support it has received from the city, from the neighborhood and from buyers,” Keene said.
MHK Architecture, ID Studio Interiors, Ineo Builders and Wilson Associates are also assisting with the creation of The McDaniel. Sharon Wilson, founder and CEO of Wilson Associates, said nonrefundable deposits are in place for more than half of the units.
“We are taking an unused piece of property and making it something very special,” Wilson said.
The McDaniel’s second phase will include 10 additional units. Those plans will be announced in the second quarter of 2024.
