The Woodlands at Furman held a groundbreaking ceremony April 4 for its expansion project.
The development will include 22 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, a library, expanded dining facilities, a social game lounge, a creative studio, an event space, a volunteer center and an elevated exterior patio. Each new unit will range from 1,400 to over 1,900 square feet and include quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic tile showers with benches, gas fireplaces and private screened porches.
